Adapt, Grow, Thrive
My name is Nicole Burkette Ikebata, MD, MPH. As an integrative psychiatrist, my goal is to help you identify and conquer the barriers that are keeping you or your child from living your best life.
I help patients who are struggling with self acceptance, worry, irritability, sadness and difficulty in relationships who crave change for themselves. If you are creative and open to trying new things in order to change and grow, we will work great together!

I will help you find the courage to make small, gentle changes that have lasting impact. Improving your mental health is not just about taking the right medicine or talking to the right therapist. We will explore how you function in the world by looking at relationships and your environment. We will consider how you sleep, nourish your body, and move your body. Treatment may include:
Medicine
Nutrition and supplements
Therapy
Mindfulness
Parent coaching

As I develop a deeper understanding of what brings meaning and purpose to your life, we will tailor your treatment plan to your specific needs.

You will learn to prioritize wellness, find contentment, and thrive
